Town Centre Ranger
The Town Centre Rangers are responsible for the day-to-day and smooth running of the town centre operationally, working with the Hitchin BID team, our partners and businesses. Responding to local business queries, the Rangers have responsibility for a range of priorities and coordination’s, as well as ensuring the town centre is clean, safe and provides a quality experience for visitors, employees and businesses. They provide full support, assistance and supervision on all day to day operational aspects of the Hitchin promotional initiatives, street activities and town centre events. They act as an ambassador for the town, delivering excellent customer service skills. All our Rangers are positive, proactive individuals who are confident working with a wide range of people and keen to make a practical difference to the town centre.
