Tracy Hunt is responsible for delivering a short and long term tourism strategy; developing and promoting Hitchin as a destination; attracting new visitors and producing significant economic benefits for the town centre.

She is responsible for developing campaigns aimed at promoting the town centres attractions, hotels, businesses, street scene and events. She oversees the Visit Hitchin website and makes regular updates as well as producing all the publications for the company.
