Based in extensive grounds of approximately one acre on Butts Close, Hitchin Swimming Centre offers a wide range of leisure opportunities for all the community. The centre boasts a 50m heated outdoor pool (open from May to September) with sunbathing terrace, and 2 indoor pools: a 25 metre deck level 8 lane indoor heated pool, and an indoor toddler pool. The superbly equipped Archers Health & Fitness Club offers an 80-station Technogym equipped fitness suite, steam room, sauna and heated bench complete with exclusive members changing rooms. The latest addition has seen the building of 3 new multi-purpose fitness studios. You can also enjoy a range of hot and cold drinks and snacks at the Splash Café.
