North Herts Museum

North Hertfordshire Museum has four galleries:

Discovering North Hertfordshire Gallery;  deals with the history of the district from geological times to the present day.

Exhibition Gallery; has regular, changing exhibitions of art.

Living in North Hertfordshire Gallery; discovers how people’s lives have changed over thousands of years.

Terrace Gallery; see the football collection, objects from all around the world, items from our art collections, and animations of local folklore tales.

You can also view art exhibitions in the Arches Gallery, part of the Terrace Gallery.

A dog-friendly museum: you are welcome to take your dogs provided they are well behaved and on a lead. There is a café on site.
