Free Health Walk from North Herts Museum

Free Health Walk! No need to book. And you don’t need special equipment – just some suitable shoes and we recommend you bring a bottle of water.
The walk will last 45 minutes, possibly longer depending on the fitness levels of the group. A volunteer will be at the front and one at the back so
that everyone stays together.
Join us for a cuppa afterwards.
Register online, or if you prefer, arrive 15 minutes early if it’s your first walk and complete a New Walker Form.
