Herbal First Aid Kit Workshop

The Triangle Community Garden welcomes you to a workshop ran by Herbalist, Tracy Rothery BSC (Hons), she will give an introduction to the use of herbal remedies for first aid situations.

A mixture of theory, discussion and active participation.

• Learn how to create a herbal first aid kit using common kitchen herbs and natural remedies.
• Hands-on preparation of simple remedies for minor ailments like burns, cuts, or headaches.
• Discussion on the safety and proper use of herbal first aid products.
