Hitchin Chamber Orchestra are looking forward to presenting ‘Postcards from America’ in our concert at St Mary’s Church, Hitchin on Saturday 1st July at 7:30pm. Conducted by David Murphy, the programme includes Barber’s well-loved Adagio for Strings as well as works by Victor Herbert and Florence Price.
Local musician, Tom Caldecote will be the soloist in Copland’s wonderful Clarinet Concerto.
