Hitchin Children's Book Festival

In partnership with Next Page Books a celebration of all things literary!

There will be two authors talks in the morning: Ian Eagleton and Paula Harrison (Suitable for age 3+ and 5+) and two in the afternoon: Frances Durkin and A. M. Dassu (most suitable for ages 7-12) families can buy a morning ticket, or an afternoon, or an all day ticket available – visit website to purchase

Talk will be followed by questions and signing

In between sessions there will be book-themed crafts, story-telling sessions, face painting, and a wonderful finalé performance by the children’s choir of Stagecoach Performing Arts.Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times

The Cafe @ the Museum will be open for snacks and drinks which can be taken up to the author talks, and an accessible toilet is available
