Hitchin FoodFest

As well as our local eateries promoting their gastronomic delights, there will be the best in street food and drink, local produce and the ever-popular foodie activities. Come along for a full weekend of fun and great food from Hitchin and beyond!

This year we celebrate the launch of The Hitchin Cookbook, featuring a range of dishes with recipes submitted from 80 town centre eateries. This is a celebration of our award-winning food offer and a great way to promote local businesses. New this year we will have a trailer kitchen and stage on the market place with an experienced, professional chef cooking dishes from a selection of our town centre food businesses.
