Sensory Walk & Movement Workshop

Networking through Nature is excited to be teaming up with Maggie Killingbeck, a life long movement practitioner for a Sensory Walk and Movement Workshop. We will begin with a walk around the gardens of the beautiful Sadie Centre in Letchworth, followed by the opportunity to explore the connections, feelings and experiences we engage with through embodied movement.

Sometimes it is difficult to find the words to articulate how we feel about nature or the environment. This workshop will provide you with the opportunity to explore your relationship with nature from a different perspective. To pause and investigate the different textures, movements and designs of the natural world as an inspiration for movement. There will be an opportunity to stay for lunch at the Sadie Centre Café after the workshop, should you wish to sample their delicious fare.
