Administration contact information provided will be used for purposes of contacting you in the future but will not be published/linked to on the website. Submissions may be edited or shortened without notice.

Guidelines for third party submissions
Any material considered to be offensive, inappropriate, or simply not relevant to the community of Hitchin will be refused. Whilst no strict guidelines have been formally agreed, Hitchin BID reserve the right to refuse any submissions without explanation and to remove any current third-party content already on the site without explanation.
