Fussey & Baer

Fussey & Baer is an independent speciality coffee shop located on Hitchin high street. We are currently serving takeaway coffee, hot drinks, soft drinks, cakes, pastries and savoury food.

We also stock a wide selection of coffee beans, that we can grind for your preferred brew method for you to brew with at home. We also stock alternative milks, our delicious Mork hot chocolate powder, Prana Chai Latte, and a wide range of coffee equipment and funky mugs that you can take away to enjoy at home.

We also have freshly baked doughnuts filled in store every Saturday, that are available to pre-order on our website www.fusseyandbaer.com/shop each week on a Friday Morning at 10am. If you miss out on pre-order, we do hold a few back for sale in store every Saturday morning.

We also offer a delivery service for all products ordered online. Delivery Days are Mondays and Wednesdays. All orders need to be placed by the night before delivery days. We can also post deliveries for any orders outside of the Hitchin & Letchworth area.
