The Haberdashery

We are proud to provide a great selection of haberdashery, knitting/crochet yarns/wool patterns, kits and a small selection of fabric .We love to help and advise our customers in any way we can, whether it be colour of thread, advice about zips, ideas for presents. Problem solving is our forte (we love a challenge). We often get customers in the shop who want something but are not sure what its called, if we don’t know we will find out. We are pretty sure we stock items you thought didn’t exist anymore such as darning wool and mushrooms !

Special order facility – if we don’t stock a particular product, that doesn’t mean we can’t get. We have limited space so cannot sell everything. However, we are happy to order products for you. These should arrive within 48/72 hours. No payment upfront is required. We can order most haberdashery items in larger quantities and are happy to sell these at a slight discount.

If you have a project requiring large quantities of a particular product we are happy to hold products back while you work away; you can then collect them as and when required. We will hold onto these products for 28 days (longer by arrangement).
