We sell a wide range of Beautiful Hitchin Souvenirs and Gifts, Hitchin Gin, Local Art, and Hitchin Lavender products. We stock publications containing local walks, attractions and events alongside maps, and tickets for Ghost Walks and Historic Guided tours.

We are a centre for community and tourist information, bus timetables, the local booking office and the Lost & Found hub for the town. The Town Centre Manager is based here.
